Fitness Assessment

Fitness Assessment & Body Composition

Find out your fitness level by having a fitness assessment
performed by one of our trained staff.

Fitness Assessment cost is $10.00 and includes the following tests:

  • Cardio-respiratory function
  • Body composition; Body Fat %, BMI, W:H
  • Muscular strength
  • Muscular endurance
  • Flexibility
  • Height & weight
  • Blood pressure

Benefits: allow personal trainers to complete an optimal exercise prescription for their clients and used as a baseline to measure progress in the future

Body Composition cost is $5.00 and includes the following tests:

  • Height & weight
  • Body fat percentage; bioelectrical impedance and skin folds
  • Girth measurements
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Waist to hip ration (W:H)

The fitness assessment and body composition are by appointment only!

Each of the following are complementary:

  • Height & weight
  • Hand-held body fat test
  • Girth measurements
  • Blood Pressure
  • Fitness Orientation

Furthermore, our fitness assessment staff is available to consult with you about concerns you may have and to demonstrate basic equipment usage; fitness orientation.

In order to schedule an appointment for a fitness assessment or fitness orientation (proper fitness equipment usage), one must be a student or a member of the facility.
