Capoeira Stay fit and agile with this Brazilian style of martial arts. (1 hr)
Strictly Step
"Step, Step, and nothing but Step". Test your endurance with 45 minutes of pure step aerobics consisting of (but not limited to) interval step-pattern, drills, and combinations. (1 hr)
Step
45-minute basic aerobic workout using step platforms and 15 minutes of "instructor's choice" body conditioning. (1 hr)
Ab Lab
Core conditioning incorporating Yoga, Pilate-based and basic core conditioning moves/techniques. (30 mins)
