Indoor Cycling - Swing into the zone for a challenging cardiovascular workout. Instructor: Liz        

Interval Cycle - Work on your endurance, strength, and stamina by increasing and decreasing your heart rate throughout the workout. Instructor: Erin

Spin Circuit - Get a great cardio workout on the bike then move into a muscle toning workout! Instructor: Erin

Spin/Core/More - Get more than just a cardio workout. Get ready for some resistance training too! Instructor: Rae

Turbo Kick - A cardio kickboxing program designed to work all of your muscles by focusing on core motion. A fantastic and fun way to jab, cross, and kick into shape! Instructor: Jenny

ZUMBA - Fun and exciting dance moves to heighten your cardiovascular workout! Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Instructor: Jenny

ZUMBA SENTAO - the next level in Zumba fitness. Using the same “Zumba music” and rhythmic steps ZUMBA SENTAO heats up exercise by adding additional toning and exciting new ideas. Instructor: Jenny

Crunch Time - A 30 minute AB workout that is sure to leave your stomach burnin'!! Instructor: Jenny

Water Aerobics
- Get off the floor and into the pool! A low impact but intense workout. Great for those with limited range of motion and joint stress.

Gumbo FitClub - a WATER workout designed for ALL LEVELS!! Make a splash with your favorite moves to your favorite tunes. Instructor: Jenny

Classic Yoga - A meditative class that brings together form and function of mind and body. Instructor: Elaine

Yoga on Barre - Classic yoga moves incorporating the bar. Instructor: Elaine

Beginner's Pilates n’ Yoga - Exercises to increase muscle balance and strength. Instructor: Elaine

Yoga Flow - Learn stretching techniques and proper breathing that will help improve muscular strength and flexibility. Great for athletes and anyone needing to improve muscular flexibility. Instructor: Billie

Body Blast- An awesome workout that incorporates strength exercises and cardio movements using a variety of equipment as well as your own body weight. No rhythm or dance experience is needed! Exercise at your own pace. Instructor: Lorraine

Cardio Dance Fit - A potpourri of cardio fun from hi-low to hip-hop, from cha-cha to salsa and many more. Come join the fun and release your funky inner self. Instructor: Lorraine

Freestyle Cardio - an exhilarating 1 hour dance cardio workout incorporating a variety of dance styles and music such as jazz, hip-hop, swing, & salsa. Dance and stretch your way to a lean & sculpted body like a dancer in no time! Free your mind & let's move! Instructor: Shannon

Samba Cardio - Rooting from the amazing country of Brazil; Samba is an exciting, high energy, flirtatious dance that will have you zapping calories on the first step. Targeting the abdominal and lower body with every dance move as if you were in Rio de Janerio’s Carnival. Instructor: Dana

Brazilian Movement - Afro-Brazilian folkloric movement that focuses on flexibility, stamina, and strengthening for any level of dance experience that will have you leaving with a sense of invigorating rhythm and energy. Instructor: Dana
