Group Exercise Class Descriptions

Indoor Cycling
Swing into the “zone” for a super 45 minute cardio workout,  followed by a 15 minute ab workout.  (1 hr)

Muscle Pump
Tone your upper and lower body with a heart pumping, muscle burning one hour non-stop workout. (1 hr)

Muscle Mania
Full body workout targeting specific muscle groups using available resistance equipment for maximum conditioning. (1 hr)

Water Aerobics
Get off the floor and into the pool! Great relief for joint stress! (1 hr)

Pilates 'N All
Learn exercises to increase muscle strength and balance. Develop core control and flexibility. (1 hr)

Balls 'N All
A class formatted to target core strength and work on muscular functioning. (30 mins)

Classic Yoga
A meditative class that brings together form and function of mind and body. (1 hr)

Yoga on Barre
Classic yoga moves incorporating the bar. (1 hr)

Capoeira
Stay fit and agile with this Brazilian style of martial arts. (1 hr)

Strictly Step
"Step, Step, and nothing but Step". Test your endurance with 45 minutes of pure step aerobics consisting of (but not limited to) interval step-pattern, drills, and combinations.
(1 hr)

Step
45-minute basic aerobic workout using step platforms and 15 minutes of "instructor's choice" body conditioning. (1 hr)

Ab Lab
Core conditioning incorporating Yoga, Pilate-based and basic core conditioning moves/techniques. (30 mins)
