Indoor Cycling - Swing into the zone for a challenging cardiovascular workout. Instructor: Liz        

Interval Cycle - Work on your endurance, strength, and stamina by increasing and decreasing your heart rate throughout the workout. Instructor: Erin

Cycle & Core - Get a great cardio workout on the bike then move into a muscle toning workout! Instructor: Jenny K.

Spin & Core - Get more than just a cardio workout. Instructor: Rae

Turbo Kick - A cardio kick boxing program designed to work all of your muscles by focusing on core motion. A fantastic and fun way to jab, cross, and kick into shape! Instructor: Jenny G.

ZUMBA - Fun and exciting dance moves to heighten your cardiovascular workout! Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Instructor: Treva (TH)

ZUMBA SENTAO - the next level in Zumba fitness. Using the same “Zumba music” and rhythmic steps ZUMBA SENTAO heats up exercise by adding additional toning and exciting new ideas.

Power Hour - This class focuses on all major muscle groups in a boot camp/interval format. Push beyond your limits using your own body weight, dumbbells, and atomic movements for an intense Power Hour experience!! Instructor: Jenny K.
